The original 'Test Match Special' package promoted the Tetley Bitter brand but in 1994 the BBC took of the sponsorship, using branded 'Test Match Special' radio hats to raise the programme's profile and promote its move to Long Wave.
Our radio hats, now licensed by the English Cricket Board, are sold at Test Match grounds and through the BBC's Radio Times Reader's Offer. Over 100,000 units have now been sold - currently at a rate of 20,000 per year.
The official ECB Radio Cap enables you to keep in touch with the latest cricket news from Test Match Special Team. The radio cap has both LW and FM. It comes complete with ear phones and batteries and is fully adjustable.
